• Make sure you know your telephone serial number.
  
  
• If your mobile requires an access PIN write it down somewhere.
  
  
• If your mobile requires an access PUK write it down somewhere.
  
  
• Written down the make and model of your cell phone.
  
  
• Never leave your cell phone unattended.
  
  
• Every now and then write out a list of all the contacts in your phone book and their phone numbers.
  
  
• Insure your phone with someone reputable.
  
  
• In event of theft of your mobile, cancel your contract immediately in writing, either by fax or email. Notify your local law enforcement agency.
  
  
• Never use your cell phone while driving a car, an areoplane or a boat.
  
  
• Do not operate your cell phone while inside aeroplanes.
  
  
• Do not operate your cell phone while inside in hospitals.
